The purchased goods can be returned within 15 days from receipt and will be exchanged for other goods. Any difference in the value of the goods must be paid by the customer. The cost of reshipping the new goods is borne by the customer. The customer has the right to notify the company within 15 days of their decision to withdraw from the contract, and must then return the products within 30 days of notifying the company about the withdrawal. Returning the goods within the withdrawal period is considered as notifying the company of the withdrawal from the contract.
The customer is responsible for the costs incurred when returning the purchased item. The customer must inform us of the intended return in writing, via the contact email address: info@divinitysupply.com. The items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A copy of the invoice, which the customer received with the delivered goods, must be included. The seller is not obligated to accept cash on delivery shipments or shipments that do not comply with the seller's general terms and conditions. The purchase price will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods.
